职位描述
Position:
1. Execution and implementation of corporate HR strategies and initiatives
2. Implement corporate HR programs and other change initiatives (e.g. M&A, staff integration etc.)
3. Provide feedback on HR change programs to Global Business Partners for possible enhancement
4. Deploy retention initiatives to facilitate talent development, mobility and retention
5. Implement corporate / stream-based talent initiatives
6. Facilitate career development, staff mobility and retention of high potential employees of the business streams (e.g. Management Trainees)
7. Review turnover analysis and provide recommendations on critical talent issues
8. Provide counseling service to and handle grievance cases of staff
9. Offer solutions to day-to-day HR operational issues
10. Provide guidance on the implementation of local HR policies and systems
11. Discuss staff issues and provide recommendation accordingly
12. Provide advice on strategic planning in response to organization restructuring
13. Work with Global Business Partner and line management on relocation cases to ensure compliance with relocation policy and expatriate relocation process
14. Communicate with expatriate employees on relocation related issue and provide logistics support
15. Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s Degree, HR Management preferred.
2. Expert in Employment& related Ordinances.
3. 8 (or above) years HR experience, 2-3 years in management position.
4. Good understanding in general international employment environment.
