ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Reporting to:
General Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Direct the actions necessary to meet the Production Program established by Management, in quality and time, at minimum cost and with maximum safety
+ Coordinate the elaboration of the annual operating budget ensuring compliance, monitoring and control it
+ Analyze deviations from the established program in order to implement the appropriate corrective actions
+ Coordinate with the Logistics area the integral logistics optimization (programming production, shipment, transport, raw materials..)
+ Analyze, propose and implement where appropriate, those technical / organizational changes, in the scheme of production, in order to improve operating costs and to improve the margin obtained by the Plant
+ Manage and monitor the implementation of the expenditure and investments budget allocated
+ Monitor, analyze and optimize those items of the income of the Plant related directly or indirectly to their area of activity
+ Coordinate with Maintenance area the work done at scheduled shutdowns in the production units or repairs that have a significant impact on the workplace
+ Ensure the units operation according to the Safety, Health and Environment Integrated System
+ Monitor compliance with policies and regulations (external and internal) in the production area
Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree is required
+ Previous experience in a chemical industry or similar 7 to 10 years
+ Experience with Planning and optimization production
+ Analysis and control production systems
+ Knowledge of raw materials and products
+ Experience of Operation Units
+ Skills of cryogenic equipment
+ Not critical but important knowledge
+ Marketing/Benchmarking skills
+ Experience of Oil & Gas market
+ Skills of emergency management
+ Knowledge of safety, quality and environmental management systems
+ Leadership and conflict management skills
+ Team work and stress tolerance ability
+ Good negotiation skills
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
+ Fluency in both Chinese Mandarin and English is required
