职位描述

Responsibilities:
*Works with overseas executives and management team to establish departmental goals and strategy for business growth.
*Continue improve internal customer satisfaction, work and support internal customer to achieve their financial goals.
*Liaises with internal business users, overseeing the smooth-running of the whole merchandising process including product development, negotiation, communication and Global vendor evaluation.
*Provide product information to guide Sourcing team to search suppliers for product of general supplies/stationery/paper according to company requirement.
*Measures and monitors supplier performance and capability, provide coaching to suppliers and reporting on metrics.
*Uses buy plans and product specifications to plan and coordinate product placement decisions by supplier and factory.
*Acts as key overseas contact for Global sourcing office.
*Oversees and monitors development projects between internal business users and the merchandising team.
*Consolidates and communicates market intelligence and business opportunities to Sourcing and Product Development team in the retail markets.
*Provides leadership and coaching to their merchandising team to ensure delivery of annual sourcing budgets and business objectives.
*Lead a team to achieve department goal.

Requirements:
*Bachelors Degree in Business Management/Marketing/Engineering
*Min. 10 years working experience in sourcing and product development of relevant products gained in MNC
*Relevant computer skills – Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc. Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
*Strong Communication, analytical, presentation and negotiation skills
*Excellent command of English and Mandarin
*Customer oriented, Result-driven, Teamwork
*Good business acumen and people management
