工作职责Job Responsibilities:
-Set up, implement and optimize injection and machining processes
制定、执行和优化注塑成型工艺。
-Continuously improving the process to reduce cycle time, scrap, and improve quality.
负责工艺参数的持续改善来减少成型周期、报废和提高质量。
-In charge of process control documentation.
负责工艺参数文件/控制文件的制定和维护。
-Process trouble shooting, provide and ensure molding machines accessories are in good working condition.
解决生产中出现的工艺问题，确保注塑设备正常运行。
-Establish and execute new product process project plan.
-制订和执行新产品工艺项目计划。
-Coordinate molding process and tooling technical issues. Participate in mould manufacturing and maintenance.
协调解决注塑工艺和模具方面的技术问题。参与模具制造和维修
-On-job training offer to related engineers and technicians
提供相关工程师及技术员的在岗工艺理论培训

要求Requirements:
-Strong knowledge of injection process, machine parameter setting and problem solving method during injection.
丰富的注塑工艺知识，熟悉设备参数设置。良好的问题解决能力
-Above college. Major in Macromolecule Material or Mechanical/Mold.
大专及以上学历，高分子材料或机械模具专业毕业。
-At least 4 years working experiences in precision injection industry and 2 years experiences of team management。
至少4年精密注塑工作经验和2年团队管理经验。
-Be familiar with molding machine and their auxiliary equipments and their process parameter settings.
熟悉注塑设备及辅助设备的性能并且精通注塑工艺
-Understanding characteristics of PPS , PA, PC,POM,ABS,PP，PBT etc.
熟悉PPS, PA、PC、POM、ABS、PP、PBT等塑料的特性。
-Be familiar with Mold structure, Tooling structure, and Mold assembly drawing
.熟悉注塑模具结构, 模具维修治具结构，以及模具装配图。
-Being well qualified in reading and understand drawings and basic knowledge of Auto CAD ,Pro-E etc.
能良好的阅读和理解图纸，且具备基本的Auto CAD 和Pro-E的知识。
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
良好的人际关系和沟通技巧。
-Working independently and team work spirit.
独立工作能力和团队精神。
- Basic command of written and spoken English
基本的英语说写能力
- Experience in engineering / quality tools, like FMEA, SPC, good technical reporting and troubleshooting skill.
具备专业的工程质量管理工具运用能力，熟悉诸如FMEA，SPC等工具，具备良好的工程技术解决及报告能力。
