职位描述
Responsible for Customer Service order management including:
- Timely & accurate order processing, including pro-active management of order / delivery status & communication to customers.
- Effectively handle customer complaints including logistics claim within company process scope.
- Work independently as all logistics contact window to customers.
- Actively discussing with customers on logistics/supply chain process improvements.
- Internal company cross team/ departmental co-ordination, including lean process/administration implementation.
-Contact with oversea plant, process PO in SAP system track replenishment order.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Have working experience (min 2 years) in customer service, or customer logistics planner, or logistics related function. Experience in communication with channel sales customer is preferred.
- Very good communication skills.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Strong team player, pro-active, flexible, willing to take additional responsibilities, able to work under stressful environment, analytical and intellectual competency, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge in reputable ERP system is MUST to have.
