Position Description
LAUNCH & PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
- Understood the industry, market & accounts’ know how in related projects;
- Responsible for launch & MKT campaign development & supporting;
- Launch & activity projects management as a team leader, choose proper supplier, work out the proposal, set clear project leading time with team, track and monitor the process, control the cost & budget, complete whole process till officially rollout;
- Merchandising in-store image standard setup, and work with regional merchandising manager to ensure the field team execution & regular check;
- Provide solutions in time to field feedback, looking for the opportunities to improve the merchandising working systems for related channel;

COST & DATA MANAGEMENT:
- Control launch & project cost under related technical requires with purchase team;
- Responsible for cost analysis in related projects;

PLANNIG:
- Project tracking, launch planning and execution information update;
　
SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT:
- New supplier development;
- Supplier daily management in capacity and risk management;

TEAM MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION:
- Develop talent, tracking team daily work in technical & quality;
- Enhance communication in external & internal communication in quality & technical sharing;
- Reasonable field work frequency with regional team, gather the field problems, find the solutions and look for the improvements;

COMPENTENCES & KNOWLEDGE REQUESTS:
- 3~5 years industry related experiences in VM & launch development, supplier coaching or brand service etc…;
- Good knowledge in material & supplier management;
- Good project management skill;
- Good communication skill & team work spirit;
- Hard work and ownership;
- English excellent;
