ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose people development and training needs from field business strategy,awareness of general requirements and issues
Develop scalable on-boarding and development programs for all field and store levels to ensure sustainable people development
Develop, monitor and communicate training calendar and curriculum to enhance store members' skills and competencies, based on store opening plan and workforce plan
Work closely with HRG on delivering on-boarding program for new hired field and store members to ensure their understandings to the business and the brand
Organize and deliver on-going training and development activities to meet diagnosed needs, and continuously evaluate the value of the programs
Implement in-store coaching and development tools, ensuring maximize usage / benefit
Drive field in-season product training program/activities design and development
Develop store training capability through building store training talents and train the trainer
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1)Knowledge, skills & abilities
Result and deliverables driven
A quick & versatile learner and enable to quickly grasp the challenges of unfamiliar tasks
Ability to work independently and with teams interchangeably to deliver results
Strong oral, written, and formal presentation skills, including facilitation and delivery skills
Customer Focus sense: act with internal & external customer in mind
Strong planning and collaboration: develop schedules and task/people assignment, measure performance and progress against goals
Approachability: a good listener and easy to approach and talk to
Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking
2)Minimum educational level
Bachelor agree is required
3) Minimum experience
Around 4 years experience in a retail background, or training environment
Experience of developing training session on service program, management/leadership skills are preferred
Store operation background are preferred
