TITLE: Facility Management Manager
DEPARTMENT: Architecture & Construction
REPORTING TO: Architecture & Construction Director
LOCATION: Shanghai

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Equipment performance improvement and maintenance, equipment trouble shooting
§ Coordinate preventive maintenance of machinery (final control) within working schedule
§ Apply spare parts and control
§ Cooperate in selection of machinery suppliers
§ Establishing and maintain an efficient FM support system ensure the equipment performance
§ Draw up and control the cost of electricity etc, and manage the underling
§ Manage the account book of store equipment, responsible for store equipments daily check
§ Keep on good communication with the related governmental dept and equipment vendors
§ Complete other work by the higher-up delivery

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

§ College graduate, or above
§ Major in Electrical or Mechanic Engineering
§ Good communication, plan and organization skills and knowledge
§ Having the certificate of electrician
§ Minimum 3 year's related experience
