ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To handle daily sales audit report;
- To prepare bank reconciliation on revenue part;
- To prepare sales letter to landlord;
- To calculate intercompany sales and issue VAT invoices;
- To prepare VAT filing workbooks;
- To prepare sales commission reconciliation;
- To post revenue related journal entry in month end.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:
- Good communication skills
- Be proficient in ERP system and MS-OFFICE
- Earnest, reliable, efficient and must be a team player


2) Minimum educational level:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Finance or Accounting.


3) Minimum experience:
- Prefer to have finance processing experience and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
