ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Cashier:
?SAFE box administration
?Check book administration
?Bank statements collection
?Daily balances and transactions enquiry
?Corporate reimbursement cards administration

2.Treasury
?A/C maintenance, opening/closing, changing signatories
?E-banking access application and maintenance
?Support on shareholder loan registration, drawdown registration
?Support on cash flow forecast, for actual spending part
?Support on store services negotiation and follow up, cash pick up and POS
?Treasury administration and filing

3.Payment
?Support payment team to prepare the doc for capital/shareholder loans application
?Coordinate between bank/SAFE and the payment team

1)Knowledge, skills & abilities:
？Major in Economics or Finance
？Good command on English
？Good command on Excel
？Work independent and work hard

2)Minimum educational level:
College

3) Minimum experience:
？1 or 2 year(s) in Finance as cashier, or treasury accountant or payment accountant
