GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provide full spectrum of Human Resources operational support to Mainland Field HR team including but not limited to recruitment, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, training, performance management and staff relationship so as to support business needs. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures so as to comply with external and internal compliance requirement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.HR Administration
·Coordinate internally & externally for employee on-boarding & exit process;
·Support HR team in ongoing improvement in different HR processes/ project as assigned;
·Implement HR policies & procedures and answer employee inquiries accordingly, includes leave management, etc.;
·Provide ad hoc HR administration support whenever needed
2.Recruitment:
·Support store HR in recruitment activities and co-ordination;
·Preparing the offer for new store employees
·Assist in conducting interview whenever needed.
3.Compensation & Benefit
·Assist in preparing, reviewing and consolidating the monthly payroll for store employees;
·Prepare the C & B change documents, such as promotion, transfer, etc.
·Collect and verify PT working hours and salary
4.HR Related Systems
·Maintain employee information in the related HR system
·As the key user, to coordinate with IT department on HR needs, answer store HR inquires; and deliver training for new hires;
·Follow up on the HR system related projects, includes system upgrades or new system implementation;
5.Training
·Assist in training logistic and report update
·Prepare the training material
6.Reports
·Consolidate the monthly report for Field HR team, including HC, turnover, etc.
·Generate reports to support HR analysis whenever needed;
·Consolidate the org-chart upon needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Good communication skills and good teamwork;
Good analytic skill, attention to detail;
High self initiative and willing to learn and stretch;
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet assigned timeline, Able to work independent
Familiar with local Employment Law and related regulation;
Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs and web-base internet software and products
Good oral & written English and Chinese;
2) Minimum educational level:
Diploma or Bachelor
3)Minimum experience:
1- 2 years of related working experience
