GENERAL SUMMARY:
Assist to Project Coordinator on daily business, store rent/management fee payments, daily/weekly report forms updating, market information collection.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Operate application of store (Gap and Gap Outlets) rent, management fee and other daily expenses payments to landlords;
2.Update daily/weekly report forms
3.Collection market information through internet and markets
4.Coordinate internally on processing real estate projects

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS:

Internet and market
Internal:
Associate functionary area, especially PC, RE Managers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:
· Detailed oriented, fast paced, good initiative, strong sense of responsibility.
· Excellent typing skills and well-verse in Microsoft Office.
· Good written communication skills.
· Good English skill.

2) Minimum educational level:
College level

3) Minimum experience:
· 2 years admin or procurement experience
