GENERAL SUMMARY:

Support daily treasury and store operations, incl. new market and new brand, and support on payment processing


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Cash and account management
? Weekly and monthly cash flow forecast of all legal entities
? A/C opening, maintenance and closing, for different brands, for each branch

2. Shareholder loan maintenance
? Documents preparation for shareholder loan registration, drawdown registration
? Shareholder loan account opening
? Monitoring the shareholder loan a/c and the usage of the fund

3. Assist in banking facility management
? Recording the loan drawn down, rollover, repayment
? Recording the bank guarantee issuance, rollover and release

4. Responsible for store opening bank related business and supports on store daily operations
? Cash pick up agreement and process negotiation
? Store CUP machine installation for credit card
? Streamline the process between the store and the banks
? Daily coordination between the store and the banks

5. New markets and new brand support

6. Payment support

7. Others
? Supports on other projects, annual FX audit, Gift Card project, Real Estate and Capital analysis, etc.
? Treasury documents filing

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:
？ Major in Economics or Finance
？ Good command on English
？ Good command on Excel
？ Work independent and work hard

2) Minimum educational level:
？ College

3) Minimum experience:
？ 1~2 years in Finance & Treasury
