Main responsibility
* Co-ordinate with the Merchandising team regarding quality issues and production status

* Help suppliers on how to comply with H&M Quality Standards & Requirements in the best way

* Ensure quality risks/ issues of new products are identified and rectified before samples are confirmed
* Review and analyze the failure of product testing results with suppliers and provide professional advice as required

* Initiate & follow up external lab tests

* Approve/follow up on supplier labs and make regular audits.

* Prepare training materials and responsible for internal training and external seminar to suppliers

Main Requirement
* Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical engineering or chemistry is preferred

* At least 3 years relevant experience of hardgoods: especially in hardgoods like toys, kitchware, bathware, houseware etc.
* Experience of EU/US regulation, standards and testing methods regarding consumer products

* Preferably experience in toy/hardline lab or similar position in buying office.
* Positive, proactive, business minded and quality conscious
* Good communication skill
* Good command of written and oral English
