Position Summary:
responsible for the sourcing activities for mechanical parts like plastic, glass, metal, and e-mechanical parts like cables, cords, connectors, wires and etc, to support new production launches, identifying alternate sources of supply to help drive cost reduction, working capital improvements and quality enhancements
负责供应商资源的开发，包括结构件如塑料件，玻璃件，金属件， 电器结构件如电线，端子，连接器，线材等，对产品导入给予支持，开发替代供应商从而帮助优化成本，产能，质量等。


Responsibilities:
* Supports china factories commodity strategies by identifying sources and sourcing materials to meet company cost/quality/delivery objectives.
开发采购资源，采购符合公司成本/质量/交货期目标的材料，以此来支持中国工厂的产品策略
* Liaison with current sourcing team to develop new resources into supply base
与现在的采购小组合作开发新的资源，加入我们的供应链
* Proactively manages company exposure to local commodity markets and provides visibility to the impact of market moves on company financial performance
有预见性的开展本地产品市场的开发并根据市场行情变化提供预测以及对公司财务状况的影响
* Understands and effectively communicates LED business trends that include technology and business footprints of the related materials
了解影响LED业务趋势的相关材料的技术和价格变化并做充分沟通
* Determines best cost sources of supply from east-China possibilities
在华东地区寻找成本最优的供应商
* Conducts strategic contract negotiations and establishes purchasing agreements against which the plants will release specific program requirements
与供应商进行策略性合同谈判，并根据工厂的要求订立采购协议
* Ensures suppliers are meeting TAO’s delivery and inventory targets;
确保供应商满足TAO的交货期和库存目标
* Provides sourcing support for all New Product Introduction (NPI) requests;
为所有的新产品导入（NPI）要求提供采购支持
* Develops plans to meet annual cost reduction targets;
制定符合年度成本降低目标的计划
* Continually looks for continuous process improvements within the procurement function to maximize ordering efficiency, optimize communication and maintain data integrity

* Work closely with vendor on both process improvement and quality problems. eg. Provide recommendation on changes to tooling etc.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree, - Engineering or Business Management with a minimum of 5 years experience in Strategic Sourcing in a manufacturing company;
本科学历，工程、电子或经济管理专业，5年以上制造行业策略采购经验（有照明行业工作经验优先）
* Rich sourcing experiences in the lighting industry, understands the LED lighting market trend and quality requirement
丰富的灯具行业采购经验，了解LED行业市场趋势及质量要求
* Experience in Mechanical Sourcing is required;
必需有机械采购经验
* Experience in contract language/writing;

* Self-motivator who works effectively in team or independent work environments;
