Summary任务:

根据ISO9001：2008和ISO14001：2004建立、改善并实施QMS体系。负责组织、管理及控制质量管理体系的申请工作。

Management representative with the responsibility to ensure that the QMS is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the international standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 and to report on the state and need for change and improvement. In charge of organize, manage and control the application of the quality management system

职责 Responsibilities:

1.设计并建立公司质量流程、标准和规范

Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications.

2.确保公司政策和流程符合国家和国际质量标准

Making sure that policies and procedures meet national and international quality standards;

3.鉴别工作流程中存在的问题并提出解决方案，实施提高质量水平的措施，避免问题的再次发生。

Support to management and staff in the identification and solution of problems in work processes and initiation of improvement activities to increase the quality level and prevent reoccurrence of problems.

4.检查现有质量政策，并提出改善质量管理体系的计划方案。与各部门合作确立质量流程

Reviewing existing policies and planning how to improve quality management systems. Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;

5.检查并评估改善措施的有效性

Reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of changes;

6.与采购部共同建立对供应商的质量要求。协助开发和选择供应商，以及供应商定期评估

Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers. Recommendation as to approval or rejection of suppliers and evaluation of performance. (Audit, definition of quality targets, follow-up)

7.对公司内外部质量标准进行评估，根据收集到的相关数据集生产统计报告监督质量标准效果

Measuring performance against in-house and external standards. Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports;

8.以客户的角度，确保客户的要求被完全理解，例如产品标准/主要特性的选择、改进和预防措施等

Customer representative with the responsibility and authority to ensure that customer requirements such as choice of critical/key characteristics, targets corrective and preventative actions are addressed.

9.检查并确保满足客户要求

Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met;

10.推动客户为主的理念，负责在公司内部处理客户质量要求相关的问题

Promote the importance of the customer and has the authority to resolve matters relevant to quality of customer requirements and expectations throughout the company;

11.管理内外部审核，发现问题并提出解决方案

Management of internal and external audit; looking at any areas of weakness and recommending ways to improve;

12.管理并批准程序文件，建立和维护流程文件控制程序

Management and approval of procedure documents. Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;

要求Requirement:

1.大学本科或同等学历

University degree or equivalent

2. 5年以上质量管理经验

5 years experience in quality management

3. 英语说写能力

English written spoken

4. 良好的沟通技巧

Good computer skill

5. 熟悉质量管理标准相关知识

Significant knowledge of quality management standard

6. 逻辑分析能力

Able to have analytical and logical approach

7. 乐于助人，具有教授他人以及组织协调能力

Able to listen, help, explain, coach, animate, train, coordinate, analyze

8. 良好的信誉，信息保密能力

Can be trust to keep sensitive information secure
