Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province
SUMMARY OF CLIENT:
Our client is one of the world top 500 enterprises and she is a leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To manage Safety, DQE and Testing team and ensure good output.
2. Maintaining current system and good practice to promote the Safety, DQE and Testing management activity.
3. In charge of multiple site Safety, DQE and testing management, provide the analysis and solution to the related R&D department.
4. Identify training requirement, and conduct serious trainings for employees, such as orientation training, transfer training, and on-job training.
5. Cross site support on Safety, DQE and Testing
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering.
2. 8+ years experience in multinational company safety or DQE or Testing or R&D working experience and 5+ years experience in management on above any team;
3. Experience in Power Supply R&D industry;
4. Smart, logical, good at problem analysis, solution and presentation;
5. High responsibility and dedication. good at conflict management, people management and organizing;
6. Great ability on team work and perceptiveness;
7. Good communication in both Chinese and English.
