Summary of Client 客户简介:
Our client is headquartered in Hong Kong, and is one of the leading manufacturers of intimate lingerie for numerous prestige brand labels. They are now inviting prominent candidates to apply for VP - Compliance & Project Management in Hong Kong in order to cope with their business development.
Reporting Lines 汇报关系:
Report to: CEO (Chief Executive Officer) & CCO (Chief Corporate Office)
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Manage the quality management systems and application of the standards such as ISO9000, WRAP, OHSAS18001 and drive continuous improvement into factories at different locations and manage the rollouts;
2. Ensure meeting customer compliance requirements and conform to local and regulatory authorities through implementation of suitable tools such as internal audits, education, precaution measures, corrective action plans and etc;
3. Work with top management to formulate corporate planning and strategy in terms of data collection, measurement and analysis; lead and implement special and ad hoc projects which always relating to improving the production efficiency and productivity;
4. Develop the best practices, policy on compliance in factories and headquarters;
5. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members and influence them to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned work.
Job Requirements 任职要求:
1. Degree holder or above in relevant discipline, preferably in Textile & Clothing, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing discipline.
2. At least 10 years relevant working experience in garment industry.
3. Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, including effective data analysis, investigative problem solving skills and capability to make sound decisions about compliance risks and recommend appropriate corrective action.
4. Independent and be able to work under pressure.
5. Good interpersonal skills, strong business sense and analytical mind.
6. Fluent English (Speaking, listening, reading & writing).
7. Frequent travel within the Group Business Plants including PRC, Cambodia and India.
