职位描述

System/ Reporting
- Ensuring all boutiques’ sales booking accuracy to minimize system discrepancy and non-update
- Monitoring boutiques to follow standard procedure of sales recognition, book-entry, receipt of payment for goods, bank deposit, daily opening and closing
- Ensuring audit compliance and safety responsibilities are maintained
- Supporting retail management to manage boutique discount, GWP, goods exchange through providing an efficient reports from system


Inventory Management (Boutique Level)
- Conducting monthly boutiques cycle counts, including merchandise and non-merchandise
- Adjusting stocktaking result upon receipt of retail management’s approval
- Arranging off-season stock retrieval from boutiques to central warehouse
- Implementing and administering seasonal clearance sale, and coordinating with retail and merchandising team for people and stock arrangements
- Conducting liquidation sale, including requests consolidation, payment verification and stock distribution
- Managing defective and under-repair stock


Retail Operation Support
- Allocating staff uniform according to each boutique’s needs
- Organizing, ordering and refilling packaging according to each boutique’s requirement
- Supporting retail management to manage boutique expenses via analyzing expense data
- Monitoring boutique cash pickup procedure
- Liaising with finance to check boutique transaction history in accordance with rental invoices provided by landlords (if need)
- Liaising with finance to verify boutique deposit record


Staff Training
- EPOS and AS400 system manual operation training to new staff
- Product code conversion training to new staff


After sale service
- Providing the requested spare parts quantity for merchandising team to order
- Coordinating with APAC Customer Service Center to handle CRM issues
- Monitoring the repair process to ensure cases closed
