Responsibilities:
1、Support client events by selecting venues, coordinating e-mailings/mailings, event collateral, logistics and working closely with business to ensure event goals and objectives are achieved – measuring success of event through attendee surveys, etc.
2、Liaise outside suppliers, including writers, PR agency and production companies, when needed
3、Drive Guangzhou public relations activities, such as press releases, transaction announcements and internal announcements and driving firm media programs through broadcast, Internet and publications media
4、Work closely with Business Lines to drive CRM activities for Guangzhou office and contribute to China wide client initiatives
5、Responsible for tracking marketing & communications activity and generating monthly/quarterly report as required
6、Support with projects that involve Creative Services (the firm’s internal production), including event materials, other marketing materials and property materials
7、Assists with proofreading and internal approval processes when required
8、Maintain project files, including budgets, production schedules, copies and completed samples
9、Ensures that all marketing materials present the Jones Lang LaSalle brand consistently and follow corporate brand guidelines
10、Update and monitor the China website – Guangzhou related content
11、Develop Guangzhou E-marketing campaigns, such as Market Update e-newsletters and project e-promotion
12、Assist with other marketing communications projects as needed
