Overall introduction:

Implement C&B policy, administrate the process and support to design C&B structure

What are my responsibilities?

Compensation and benefits:

Operate monthly calculation for attendance, benefits and salary, to ensure the punctuality & accuracy for settlement.

Administrate salary increase and review benefits scheme, based on the Internal/external data. Manage and refine all the benefits and insurance programs.

Conduct job evaluation, participate C&B survey and propose the findings with actions to company.

Design and refine the compensation structure to support the rapid growth

Compose manpower budget to echo the business development

Personnel administration affairs：

Handle personnel procedures such as working time monitoring, HR information entering, HR vendor management and etc.

Coordinate the orientation process and procedures

Manage all employment contracts and documents

Performance Management：

Coordinate annual performance planning, performance review and performance evaluation

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor degree major in Human Resource or related education;

Have the following characteristics: Obliging, continuously looking for challenge and willing to try something new, Trustworthy, Accountable and open mind.

5 years of working experience in compensation and benefits; 3 years of working experience in foreign-owned companies or colleagues

Experience of HRIS.

Skillful software practice on excel, word, PowerPoint etc.

English communication skill on verbal and written

Labor law, labor contract law, individual income taxation regulation, and other C&B regulations

Experience of salary structure and grading establishment is preferred

Good English skill, both written and oral
