Accountabilities:

1. Resonsible for group consolidation reporting & analysis
- Coordinate with controlling team for the monthly, quarterly, yearly closing process.
- Review & analyze the subsidiaries financial statement.
- Ensure the subsidiaries financial result in compliant with IFRS and local Accounting principle.
- Analyze China level working capital evolution.
- Review the Group consolidation package (Magnitude).
- Prepare the consolidation comment.
- Communication with group consolidation team.
　　　　
2. Develop & implement AL China standard finance policies and practices.
- Draft AL China standard finance procedure & finance guideline.
- Design AL China standard finance reports
- Support subsidiaries to implement the finance procedure.
- Provide training to finance or non-finance team.
　　　　
3. Improve AL China accounting process & reporting efficiency.
- Support on develop finance community, improve the experience and best practice sharing.
- Collect the business needs, facilitate the process reengineering.
- Review existing process & reporting, constantly seeking for improvement.
- Participate in other project lead by Group /zone.
　　　　
4. Guide and Support AL China subsidiaries' finance team.
- Communicate regularly with subsidiaries' finance team and understand their needs.
- Provide training to subsidiaries' finance team on group reporting, system and procedure.
- Monitor the subsidairies' accounting process and provide guideline on accounting treatment.
- Support the regional finance manager to improve team's competence.
　　
5. AL China Accounting & Consolidation system owner.
- Oracle finance system owner, to involve in all Oracle finance system related affairs.
- Magnitude system owner, to involve in all Magnitude related affairs.
- Finance key user for other finance related system (Hyperion etc.)
- Study system capability, maximize the utilization of ERP system.
　　
6. AL China accounting principle & master file owner
- Owner of AL China Accounting Manual. Ensure timely update accoridng to IFRS and PRC Gaap.
- Manage AL China standard COA & provide guideline of accounting treatment.
- Manage AL China other finance master data (including Company code, Cost centers, Product line etc.)

7. AL China external audit coordinator
- Coordinate with external audit to prepare AL China audit plan.
- Follow up audit finding and correction action.
- External Audit filing management

Expected competencies:

Knowledge and Knowhow specific to the job
1. Good knowledge of IFRS and PRC Accounting principles.
2. Strong finance analysis skill.
3. Knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion system.
4. Experience on Consolidation reporting

Experience and Certification

1. Bachlor or Above with major in Finance /Economic /Accounting.

2. Above 7 Years experience in accounting and finance management.

3. C.P.A. designation is preferred
