Major responsibilities:

?Clerical assistance to the Director’s office, such as reports preparations, directors’ appointments/ schedule, visitors schedule, trip schedule and flights resevation.
?Follows up and monitors compliance to key important directions from director to the concerned personnel and working groups.
?Follows up and monitors progress on key milestones of major department projects/initiatives with concerned parties/personnel and updates her superior.
?Handles the Defective Chargeback reports communication and confirmation by factories in coordination with Deckers Sr QC manager and regional operation managers.
?Communicate her superior’s direction with relevant people correctly and clearly.
?On direction of the director and in coordination with team leaders, she leads the organizing and managing the logistic needs for important and key department activities like quality summits, quarterly QC reviews, social and community outreach acivities, etc.
?Assists the Executive Assistant in planning,organizing and managing company’s important events such as Annual Dinner Party, All hands meeting , etc.



Requirement/Eduacation/Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree (B.A) with a major in business administration or HR management
-At least 2 years above relevant experiences
-Fluently English communication skills.
-Familiar with using Microsoft system, especially good at PPT;
-Active and positive character in communication
-Principled
-The ability of keeping secrets
-Can work independently
