职位描述
We are helping a global manufacturing group to look for a Sales Manager for Greater China, which is based in Shenzhen. They are an Italy based worldwide company with more than 90 years long tradition based on strong values, which have led them to be one of the most important global manufacturers. They are expanding quickly with diversification products like air fresher, and mosquito killer etc with more and more sophisticated electronic functions.
Main accountabilities:
1.To define and execute the sales strategy in the region. Implementation and execution concerns all regional brands assigned, private label and sales of Company’s own brands (if any distributed in the region).
2.Interacts with Operational marketing and D&D providing them information in order to optimize catalogue product portfolio.
3.To recruit train and manage regional brands and private label teams(distributors) setting targets, priorities, deliverables and monitoring execution.
4.Optimize cost of sales according to deliverables and improvement targets assigned.
Requirements:
1.University degree,MBA as a plus.
2.At least five years experience in sales organization of major companies. At least 3 years in FMCG market.Previous sales experience in private label is recommendable.
3.Strong leadership, excellent communication skills. Very strong negotiation ability. Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work under pressure. Natural team player.
4.Fluent in English, more languages are a plus.
5.Solid analytical and financials skills are needed.Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
6.Willingness of travel extensively.
