职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate selected building facilities from technical perspective for offices
2. Obtain end user requirement(SOR)for office/facilities fit up, renovation and modification
3. Develop fit out project budget and make breakdown to main items
4. Develop fit up/office setting up project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
5. Execute/manage fit out works and coordinate with internal function team as end user, IT, Security, HR, Procurement and etc
6. Review deliverables prepared by project team before passing to end user and operations management team
7. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Minimizes (business) exposure and risk on project
8. Ensures project documents are complete, accurate and stored appropriately and in time. Update/present management team project spending analysis, risk assessment, deliverables, and counterparts'comments and evaluation
9. Work closely with internal end users, management team,Procurement,Safety/Security Unit,HR and etc.
10. Project Financial
-Track and reports team cost & budget on a biweekly basis
-Manage project budget to make sure no over-run
-Analyzes project saving, margins and utilization
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree (Civil Engineering/Project Management is a plus)
2. At least 5 years experience in Project Management/Project Delivery experiences in multinational company's corporate real estate, in house or with a service provider
3. "Hands on"experience of the complete project life cycle (strategy to closure)
4. Ability to develop and present project financial accurately
5. Excellent communication skills, demonstrated ability to motivate, influence and drive "win" at all stage of project life time
6. Fluent skill sets for Microsoft Office
7. Fluent English both writing and oral
