Job Responsibilities

1. Acted as the strategic partner of people management ;

2. Worked closely with HR's Centre of Excellence on staffing, training and development, compensation as well as employee engagement initiatives;

3. Worked closely with Branch HR to ensure state-ofart HR operations in place;

4. Assisted Head of HR in anticipating and analyzing potential people issues, and in providing and communicating related HR initiatives;

5. Participated in periodic Business meetings;

6. Represented HR Dept in top management meetings on people issues;

7. Majored projects working for include Organization Design, Manpower Planning, Performance Management of Sales Team, Review of Compensation scheme of Sales Team, Recruitment of key members.

Work Experience

1. Bachelor Degree and above,8 years or above experience in being HR generalist in MNCs/foreign companies,2 years or above experience as HR business partner preferred;

2. Strategic mindset and strong analytical ability;

3. Excellent communication skills, Customer-centric;

4. Good command of English, Proficiency in Mandarin;

5. Experience in insurance industry is an added advantage.
