Job Responsibilities:
1. Factories conversion cost month end close and variance analysis

2. Factory finance partner in:
- Budget and Savings forecast/control/analysis.
- Factory KPI booklet and monthly review with Factory Management.
- Investment pre/post analysis (ROA – Return of Assets): DCF, payback years.
- CapEx forecast/control/analysis
- Fixed assets process implementation and control: capitalization, write off, annual count etc.
- Site Cash flow forecast/control: Creditor, Prepayment and stock forecast / management.

3. Costing:
- Daily PCE roll up and release.
- Weekly Price variance tracking and Saving project update.
- Quarterly standard PCE review and conversion rate calculation. Fully reconcile with Saving project.
- Business Case cost input (innovation/ Saving project)

Job Requirements:
- Strong Ownership and teamwork spirit
- Good communication/coordination skills
- Work independently to solve problem
- Pro-actively and willing to dig into detail
- Familiar with SAP system
- Expertise in Excel techniques
- Fluent English
- 3-5 costing accounting/site control experience in Multinational Company
