The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer is a key position in supplier quality engineering organization. The primary task is to manage all aspects of Tier two and sub-tier supplier quality activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background including expertise in at least one of the following commodities: optical components, semiconductors, storage devices, electro-mechanical parts, mechanical parts.

Must be strong in supplier quality management and possesses in-depth knowledge on modern quality techniques, such as six sigma and statistical quality control methodology. The senior supplier quality engineer must have strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills. A demonstrated ability to drive and deliver innovative, effective and timely solutions is important.

Qualifications：

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in FPC manufacturing. Good knowledge in FPC manufacturing processes

- 2 years hand on FPCA/ SMT working experiences. Good knowledge in SMT processes

- Good knowledge in quality tools, like FMEA, QC 7 tools, SPC (statistic process control), problem solving tools, ISO 9001 quality system

- Result oriented

- Team player

- Can do and learning attitude

- Fluent in English, both writing and spoken

- Willing to travel domestic and abroad about 75% of time
