职位描述

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Engilish, Economial or Admin related subjetcs;
2.8+ years HR emperience, at least 4 years in T&D supervisor/manager position;
3.Good interpersonal, presentation, analytical skills; Good teamwork spirit;
4.Proactive, dynamic, organized, result-oriented, detail attentioned and can work under pressure;
5.Good oral & written command both in English and Chinese;
6.Proficient in MS office, especially PPT.

Job Scope:
1.Formulate strategy to identify training & development needs. Set up and implement training system, goal, policy, process to support business and people development objectives.
2.Work closely with dept. manager for training needs analysis at all levels and provide professional support in implementation and facilitate the evaluation of training effectiveness.
3.Develop, formulate and provide high quality, cost-effective programs both in house and external to meet the training & development needs.
4.In charge of individual development and career planning, aligning with business and operations strategies and objectives, roll out projects in talent management.
5.Assistant supervisor in providing consultative support to functional managers in the development of short-term and long term succession planning.
6.Establish network relationship with professional consulting company to get sufficient and suitable resources for update people and organization development concept or trend.
7.Supervise and instructs subordinates to conduct training activities, records and evaluates the training in accordance with the training needs analysis result.
8.Mentor, develop and motivate subordinate and resolve people or functional issues in the team.
9.To perform other assignment by superior when needed.
