职位描述
Create or implement security standards, policies, and procedures.
? Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.
? Conduct security audits to identify potential problems related to physical security, staff safety, or asset protection.
? Supervise subordinate security professionals, performing activities such as hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, or disciplining.
? Design or implement security systems, video surveillance, motion detection, or closed-circuit television systems to ensure proper installation and operation.
? Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
? Collect and analyze security data to determine security needs, security program goals, or program accomplishments.
? Engineer, install, maintain, or repair security systems, programmable logic controls, or other security-related electronic systems.
? Communicate security status, updates, and actual or potential problems, using established protocols.
? Conduct physical examinations of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.

? Conduct, support, or assist in governmental reviews, internal corporate evaluations, or assessments of the overall effectiveness of the facilities security processes.
? Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives.
? Inspect fire, intruder detection, or other security systems.
? Inspect security design features, installations, or programs to ensure compliance with applicable standards or regulations.
? Monitor the work of contractors in the design, construction, and startup phases of security systems.
? Prepare, maintain, or update security procedures, security system drawings, or related documentation.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Key Skills
Key Skills and Experience
? College or above, with science, technology, engineering, and mathematics
? 5-8 years security experience
? Strong verbal & written English communication
? Certification of fire, safety, and first aid is preferred
? Excellent communication and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management with excellent analytical skills
? Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, experience managing people, projects and relationships
? Demonstrated ability to exercise leadership and make sound decisions in stressful situation
? Highly ethical with demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
