职位描述
Job Purpose:
Delegate to look after the Sales of PRC Ultra Prestige (UP) products in assigned market.
Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
1. Work closely with the city W/S on PRC UP product full year promotion plan and execution, including trade / consumer promotion, event schedule, POS merchandising etc.
2. Build relationship with the UP buyers (regular buyers) through above UP event :
? Host all the local brand event together with BA and local WS ( brand team support), include tasting program / gala dinner / Private VIP dinner
? Invite and organize local key customer to attend national brand event outside the region
? Develop tailor made consumer promotion for key customer to push UP sales
? Collect and build up local key consumer data base and behaviors for PRC Elite VIP Club (EVC) recruitment
? Work together with EVC to identify and invite local key consumer and opinion leader to join local EVC. EVC team will help to provide VIP service package (more luxury life style focus) to maintain the consumer interest outside alcohol category
3. Build up strong relationship and PRC brand preference among the local government official
? Provide product sponsorship for local government important event within given budget
? Host the tasting dinner together with BA and local WS
? Develop government bulk purchase package together with local W/S
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
? Approx 7 years Sales experience, preferably exposure with luxury goods
? Outstanding sales skills, ability to develop personal networking and build rapport with customers quickly
? Presentable, diplomatic, well-organized and detail-oriented
? Proficiency in Mandarin and English, Cantonese is a plus
? Established network of contact within local luxury marketplace
