职位描述
Position Purpose
Geography covers 10 countries, over 40 sites with over 100k employees.Manage market intelligence researches across Asia region and provide professional insights to external market movement trend to support the regional total rewards strategy; Support Flextronics merge & acquisition projects on HR due diligence, compensation & benefits integration design and implementation; Drive and develop regional total rewards projects to support both business and HR strategies
Principal Accountabilities
Principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Market Intelligence Research
Work with consulting firms to provide market research across Asia countries;
Develop and design salary structures based on external market movement and internal business needs;
Partner with site HRs to build up local direct labor market database, close monitor local market movements and provide solutions on direct labor compensation;
Provide customized research based on special business needs
Merge & Acquisition Support
Conduct HR due diligence on M&A projects, report the outstanding issues and provide solutions from total rewards perspective;
Design compensation & benefits integration plan to ensure the acquired business will align with Flextronics total rewards strategy, with smooth implementation;
Work with HR team to implement the compensation & benefits integration plan, and provide employee communication support if needed
Regional Total Rewards Program Management
Work closely with global total rewards team, regional / site HR team and business leaders to develop and manage regional total rewards programs
Job Requirements *
6 years above total rewards experience in both consulting firms and multi-national companies
Strong leadership to lead the team to drive change and achieve multi-projects under pressure
Good communication skills, could influence business leaders on total rewards mindset and coach on total rewards concept and process
Passion to work independently, and strong desire to overcome challenges and results oriented
Solid skills on market survey, data analysis and strong sense on data
Fluent English
Good at office software, especially on Excel
