Key Areas of Responsibility：

· Interact with internal project team (Like CMM, PRC, PD, etc.) for product commercial requirements collection and definition, SW requirements development base on confirmed business requirement.

· Review production level SW architecture with SWA.

· With SWA, Drive DFMEA for new features/modules, Ensure SW design address the CTQ, Technically analyze for solution to critical SW bug, Technically analyze and assess the impact of the change request;

· Review and accept test strategy for the new technology and features.

· Supporting license assessment and IPPAD preparation.

· Perform project level supplier risk assessment.

· Develop SW project management plan that cover end-to-end project and manage SW deliverables to deliver project scope, time and efforts target with ODM, external suppliers and/or Internal Apps Cluster PjM (if applicable).

· Contribute to SW supplier Management, including auditing/assessment, Co-responsible for building up competence of ODM/OEM supplier, Supplier/design house competency and know-how library update;

· Build functional and domain competence according to SW group for growth base on the SW technical roadmap.

· Involve on low technical risk project SW architecture definition in case of lack of SWA.

· Perform Mobile Apps Function owner, deploy Mobile Apps Technology to the team and technically support team

Job Requirements & Skills

1. Education : Bachelor or above in CS/EE/IT.

2. Experience:

· 5+ year’ coding experience on iOS/Android in embedded system or on Mac OS.

· 6+ year’ Real working experience of SW design and development in microcontroller (MCU) and advanced processors like ARM/MIPS in CE industry, and Smart Home/Mobile Apps/Cloud Service Product is preferred,

· 2+ year’ working experience in SW Project Management

3. Competency and Skills

· Skillful requirements collection and definition

· Practical ability of Architecture/TLD design

· Familiar with TCP/IP protocol, and sniffer tool to analysis the protocol

· Knowledge of connectivity technology Wi-Fi, Zigbee, 3G, master at least one of them,

· Familiar with iOS/Android Apps Framework, and UI Design/UI Engine is preferred

· Skillful of streaming protocol ( like RTP, RTSP, etc.) or DLNA Technology

· Familiar with SW Engineering process,

· SW project management knowledge and skill, PMP certified is plus.

· Supplier Management skill is preferred

· Strong initiative and ownership, a team player

· Good verbal and written communication skills in English
