职位描述

Job Objective工作目标:

In charge of keeping daily communication between local customers and SGHSS :

  • Be the local representative of SGHSS towards the assigned customers
  • Be the daily contact point between the customers and SGHSS (Sr. KAM or regional KAM, OSC)
  • Conduct regular communication with customers' managers and operational levels
  • Report constantly with the Sr. KAM or regional KAM
  • Supervise the SCO to arrange the daily issues about follow up sales and logistics status with the assigned customers
  • Collect and inform about data on customers and market

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

  • Know well the organization of the clients in purchase, engineering/development, quality … and the key people for each project
  • Maintain regular contacts with the customers' managerial and operational levels through regular sales calls/visits at customers
  • For each project : get the request for quotation and help Sr. KAM or regional KAM to make the quotation on time
  • If needed, prepare the quotation with SGHSS’ departments (development, quality, production, logistics), help to prepare sales negotiations
  • Follow up the right execution of the sales contracts together with KAM
  • Assist SGHSS teams (development, quality, production, logistics, sales administration …) to ensure that we meet the customers’ requests
  • Request needed training or corrective/preventive actions to ensure and improve quality
  • Market intelligence activities : collect data on customers and market (projects, specs, sales, production plans, competition, prices …)
  • Regular reporting of activities to Sr. KAM or regional KAM
  • VA/VE proposal follow-up

Job Requirements工作要求

  • Education学历: Bachelor degree in any field, engineering is an advantage
  • Language语言:
  • English proficiency : ability to understand business discussions in English or improve to achieve this level during the first year of hire
  • Good command of other language suited to customers’ needs is an advantage
  • Computer skill计算机技能: Microsoft Office soft wares (XL, Word, Power Point)
  • Work experience工作经验: Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, marketing or logistics activity
  • Others to be specified其他:Good human relationship skills
