Responsibilities
1.OVP support champion - become the super user for the Guangzhou projects
2.Project process and tool support champion for Guangzhou
3.Own access setup of all new PM & Client Users in OVP/Sharepoint for GZ projects
4.Enter and control certain project data on an individual project level
5.Assist PMs in Data Accuracy and Risk Mitigation (DARM)
6.Assist PMs in Procurement transactions
7.Assist PMs in Payment support/follow-up
8.Assist PMs in Budget control
9.Assist PMs in Asset creation and disposal
10.Assist PMs in Close-outs of all projects
11.Support Global Process Engineering Lead and Global Project Analyst in the analysis of regional data
12.Assist Regional Project Coordinator in tracking cost avoidance, training and innovation
13.Sharepoint maintenance
14.Frequent to visit construction site and provide inspection reports

Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree in related industry or 1-5 years of documented project/process management.
2.Strong analytical skills
3.Self-starter with strong organizational/detail orientation.
4.Experience in working in high-performing teams
5.Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Key Competencies
1.Leadership: Self starter able to work through local and remote teams. Assist PM in utilizing new process and/or behaviors as a result of the change initiated by the Center or Excellence (COE).
2.Technical Competence: Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Masterful in the use of Excel and other Microsoft tools
3.Written & Oral Communications: Excellent verbal and written communications skills via 1:1/group interactions, PowerPoint presentations and email. Able to communicate across diverse groups of individuals
4.Results-Driven: Experience at establishing and keeping deadlines. Meticulously detailed oriented to enable accurate reporting.
