ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
A leading network solution provider and system supplier in HK
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Hongkong, China
Reporting to:
Department Head
Travelling:
Occasionally
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Provide technical consultation of network design and planning to customers
+ Provide technical support to network implementation and troubleshooting
+ Provide technical pre-sales support to sales team
+ Prepare technical documentation and conduct presentations / demonstrations to customers
+ Develop and respond to customer's request for proposal
Requirements:
+ Degree holders in Computer or Information Engineering
+ 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
+ Holder of Cisco CCIE certification with 3 years of solid experience on networking projects
+ Solid experience in pre-sales support
+ Strong knowledge in design and implementation of networking solutions
+ Solid technical support experience in large scale network implementation and support
+ Good presentation skill
+ Proficiency in writing technical proposal in English
+ Willing to work in Hongkong
