HR Business Partner / Manager
Role Objectives:
The HR BP / Generalist directly reports to Regional HR with a client reporting relationship to the Country Manager in a specific location,. The role shall focus on working with the local line management to provide guidance and expertise on all aspects of HR offerings encompassing Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits Administration, local Employment Law, HR Reporting and Analytics, Employee separations.
Main Responsibilities:
? Partners with the Country Manager and local executive team to develop the workforce plan to cater to current , future and the strategic needs of the business
? Implements local HR strategies to meet business requirements
? Guides the line manager through the process of job requisition and recruitment
? Participates in interviews to qualify candidates for culture, values and generic role profile fit
? Manages the job offer with guidance on compensation and benefits
? Leads new Employee orientation and on-boarding process
? Manage employee data in relevance to local Data Privacy regulations, keeping these current in system
? Manages process in ‘shutting down’ during employee separation
? Serves as internal consultant for people related issues, as guided by local Employment Contract Law
? Generates monthly and quarterly HR Reports with analytics as due
? Drives and supports the performance management agenda at the site, together with the Country Manager
? Drives regional HR Projects at site, eg. Job Evaluation, annual compensation and salary survey, HR IS implementation, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning initiatives
Pre-Requisites:
? Degree in Business, preferably with specialisation in Human Resources Management
? At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, with focus on Compensation and Management, preferred
? Experience in working with cross-functional teams
? Proficiency in English Language, written and verbal
KPIs:
? Recruitment support with turnaround of 90 days from sign off on Job Requisition
? Employee Attrition of no more than 28%
? Employee engagement rating, met at 90% of target score (as relevant)
? People Cost managed at target
? Headcount managed at target
? Positive impact on local internal customer satisfaction
? Works positively within regional HR team
