The Job:
1. To lead a small team to provide post-sales project implementation and maintenance services on Cisco IPT solutions
2. To deliver technical consultancy support services and provide proof of concept/demonstration to customers
3. To coordinate with internal departments for tender bidding and project implementation
4. To analyze customer requirements and translate to customer’s business requirements, and provide system design and low level design
5. To provide Technical Account Servicing to Major Customers
6. To liaise with supplier and manufacturer to provide effective support to customer
7. To prepare project documentation, operation and maintenance manual and test reports

The Person:
1. Degree in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent
2. 8 years’ relevant implementation and maintenance experience in Data Network infrastructure and Cisco IPT system
3. Holder of professional certifications such as CCIE -Voice will be an advantage
4. Solid experience in large project implementation is preferred
5. Good leadership, excellent presentation skill and interpersonal
6. Customer-oriented, responsible and good negotiation skill
7. Self motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
8. Excellent communication skill & good at written English
9. Spoken Cantonese is a must
