The Job:
? To lead a small team to provide post-sales project implementation and maintenance services on Data Networking and Security products
? To deliver technical consultancy support services and provide proof of concept/demonstration to customers
? To coordinate with internal departments for tender bidding and project implementation
? To analyze customer requirements and translate to customer's business requirements, and provide system design and low level design
? To provide Technical Account Servicing to Major Customers
? To liaise with supplier and manufacturer to provide effective support to customer
? To prepare project documentation, operation and maintenance manual and test reports


The Person:
? Degree in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent
? 8 years' relevant implementation and maintenance experience in Data Network infrastructure and Security system
? Holder of professional certifications such as CCIE - Routing & Switching/Security, CISSP will be an advantage
? Solid experience in large project implementation is preferred
? Good leadership, excellent presentation skill and interpersonal
? Customer-oriented, responsible and good negotiation skill
? Self motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
? Excellent communication skill & written in English and Cantonese
