职位描述
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist Sr. Reward manager standardize C&B policies and practice across all BUs in China and provide support to all BUs on C&B related issues :
- Familiar with key C&B process which in cludes Market Survey, Budgeting and Annual Salary Increase
- Familiar with Job Evaluation process, especially IPE system
- Working experience in FMCG industry is a plus
- Highly motivated, able to work independently and aspired to team work spirit
- Ability to communicate at all levels
Job responsibilities:
External
- Work together with survey vendors on standard and customized survey
- Work with broker on Company commercial insurance arrangement and annual health check arrangement
- Manage outsourcing vendor to ensure its service quality on Socialinsurance management, HK empl oyee Individual Income tax management, etc
Internal
- Support BUs on annual budgeting, salary revi ew and market survey process
- Conduct Job evaluation for each new positions and help to review the offer proposed by BP and BU HR
- Payroll management. Work together with C&B officers to complete payroll management in Greater China
- Ad-hoc assignments from local management
