职能：
1 组建可完成新产品研发的工程师团队，精炼高效
2 组织制定产品研发方案，提出资源需要，制定时间表，并带领团队最终按时按质完成项目
3 与项目管理部门配合，提供客户所需的信息和技术支持
4 与sourcing部门配合，提供sourcing工程师所需的技术支持

要求：
1 学历：本科以上，硕士以上优先
2 英语：六级以上，听说流利，读写顺畅，有外企或留学经验者优先
3 经验：十年以上电子产品团队开发经验，三年以上团队领导经验，知名研发型企业工作经历优先
4 素质：为人诚实守信，有责任心，执行力强，喜欢挑战

备注：此岗位人员将在东莞松山湖工作，根据工作需要会安排出差。公司可提供食宿。


Position Requirements

1. Bachelor/Master Degree
2. CET-6 or above, good at spoken English and written English
3. More than 10 years experience in electronic products team development, more than 3 years experience of being a team leader
4. Honest and trustworthy, has the sense of responsibility, executive force is strong, like a challenge
