Requirement:
- Start teardown at pullover review with factory and CDM, do initial costing, and recommend any cost savings in order to hit the target cost.
- Review pattern layouts of the factory and discuss the most economical pattern shape with CDM in order to minimize material waste.
- Reveiw factory’s initial CBS and negotiate material cost with material suppliers and mold shops.
？Generate Deckers CBS and submit CBS to costing manager 1 week before sample XF date
？Review LOP of the factory

Education/Experience:
- 3 years of experience in product costing
- 2 years in college or language school
- Basic knowledge in Handbag/SLG (Apparel/Home is welcome)
- Knowledgeable in shoe/handbag/apparel/home materials and components and its cost
- Computer literate
- With very strong personality
- Ability to write and communicate in English
- Skills in material exploitation and very familiar with the characteristics of shoe/HB/apparel/home materials.
- Familiar with hb/apparel/home parts and constructions
- Familiar with all shoe/hb/apprel/home materials and components cost
- Ability to negotiate with factory and supplier
- Ability to work under pressure
