POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position takes a overall role in participating production process, which based in the platform to lead 10 subordinates all together to take control all quality issues.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-ordinate inspection schedule and management of quality assurance and quality control engineers
- Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained company wide
- Ensure products comply to required directives and act as "advisory" centre for compliance issues to internal/external customers
- Oversea management of company projects using system of sample evaluation, corrective action, pre-production approvals, final random inspections.
- Produce weekly inspection schedule and monthly quality KPI.
- Coordinate Internal laboratory resource and integrate seamlessly into day to day business.
- Assess new vendors through auditing system and report.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Process orientated thinking and organized working style required to manage multiple projects in a timely and controlled manner.
- Technical and compliance knowledge in air compressors and machinery field
- ISO 9001 and Social Ethical Auditing Internal/Lead Auditor Qualifications desired.
- High level of customer and service focus.
- People and team management skills
- Experience of liaising with external customers and notified bodies.
