iSoftStone (NYSE: ISS) is a leading China-based IT, Consulting, and Business Process Outsourcing services provider, serving both Greater China and Global clients.
iSoftStone currently has BPO facilities in Shanghai which provide offshore support to the global investment bank—UBS. iSoftStone employees site either in iSoftStone office (ODC model) or UBS offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen (On-site model).
iSoftStone is looking for some qualified and motivated Business Analyst to join the Integrated Workflow Management (IWM) programme within Operations. IWM is a key part of Operations' Industrialization strategy to drive efficiency through process excellence, transparency and automation. Project involved including one that re-engineer the Account Servicing process for UBS Wealth Management APAC. The project aims to enhance overall performance by creating simplicity, reducing costs and enhancing risk and control. Qualified candidate will be based in UBS Shenzhen or Hong Kong offices (on-site).

JOB TITLE
Business Analyst

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
? Analyze and document As-is business process via user interviews and to define current business process
? Develop efficient workflows for the corresponding business functions, analysing and specifying user requirements, documenting business processes and facilitating end to end deliveries
? Develop recommendations to optimize operational efficiency through both non-technical and technical means through the implementation of workflow solutions
? Work closely with business stakeholders and scrums teams to understand and articulate business requirements
? Understand the overall programme and ensure that deliveries align to the programme objectives and timescales

REQUIRMENTS
? Bachelor degree in commerce, English, business administration and Computer Science, MBA is a plus
? At least 3 years' experience in Business Process Redesign and/or Continuous Improvement Programme
? Strong analytical skills including thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
? Able to work independently with users to capture requirements, conduct further investigations as necessary, set up meetings with participants at various levels of management
? Familiarity with any Process Modelling and Analysis tools
? Good communication skills in both Chinese and English (CET-6 and above)
? Good at MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
? Previous experience in Finance industry is preferred
