ABOUT YOUR ROLE职位描述
Be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities in Imprinting to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of manpower, material, equipment and space to ensure company annual goals are achieved in terms of reliability, quality, cost control, housekeeping and safety. Manages and develops production staffs. Provides expertise & technical supporting in resolution of problems related to Imprinting as needed. Establish schedule and ensures effective and efficient use of manpower, material, equipment and space. Overall budgetary control of imprinting production.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE工作职责:
"-Provide leadership and technical guidance to Imprinting production, coordinate with other function departments in planning and implementing manufacturing programs;
-Manage production and backlog control, interfaces with BU/GPD and related departments to ensure on-time deliveries;
-Supervise the implementation and maintenance of all safety, health and environmental procedures in accordance with plant and company policies and guidelines;
-Guide to develop, implement, and maintain the equipment and tools maintenance / management system;
-Maintains an effective organization through the selection, development and motivation of all personnel;
-Develop management talents necessary to achieve short and long range objectives by effective direction, coaching and training according to an overall manpower planning;
-Ensure compliance with plant employee relationships policies and guidelines;
-Drive Lean-Sigma manufacturing, manages and executes various programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency in order to achieve world class manufacturing;
-Cooperate with QA department to implement and maintain the quality/ ISO9000 system. Recommend corrective actions for all CCR/NMR cases and ensure the corrective action could implemented effectively;
-Ensure all employees participate company-organized training on ISO9001, FSC and EHS, and follow related procedures & WI.
-Prepare and controls departmental budget;
-Compile reports to the Operation Director in a regular basis."
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU职位要求:
"Qualification:
-Bachelor degree or above;
-At least 7 years manufacturing experience, at least 5 years supervisory experience;
-Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
Competency:
-Demonstrate leadership behaviors supporting company’s values;
-Strong interpersonal & Communication skills;
-Ability to manage labor intensive manufacturing operations plus the knowledge in mechanical or electronics;.
-Familiar with lean knowledge and production layout planning;
-Set stretch goals, self-motivated, and measure right thing to ensure success and meet objectives;
-Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams & effectively lead to significant results;
-Demonstrate process troubleshooting skills;
-Customer focused, quick response and creative solutions."
