Assembly Automation Engineer Manager/自动化装配工程经理（知名美资跨国企业）
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Design, Develop and Implementation of advanced automation systems.
· Design fully automated control systems that incorporate industrial robots, vision systems, custom hardware, and quality control measurement techniques.
· Robotic automation systems must encompass all forms of robotics including: pick and place, Cartesian, SCARA, and 4 and 6 axis robots.
· Designs semi- and fully- automated test devices for manufacturing lines. Integrate quality control systems designed to continuously improve product quality and increase efficiency.
· Help Manufacturing Operations to dramatically improve the quality and efficiency of their operation through the use of automation, robotics, and other efficiency measures that are more cost-effective and profitable.
· Through automation, be able to optimize capital and labor resources in production, inventory management, quality control, and warehousing. The main goal is become more efficient and cost competitive.
· Develop assembly work cell specifications as well as work with external and internal suppliers in the fabrication and test process.
· Responsible for developing and introducing new manufacturing / automation assembly technologies, skills and training within the site and region as well as Discover & Design process improvement projects and lead automation to improve productivity & achieve overall cost savings in a time bound manner.
· Take leadership in communication during the entire life cycle of the project, from concept to feasibility and from fabrication and test to production. Responsible right from concept to physical reality for automation systems design, formulating functions & finalizing specifications; programming, simulation, testing, training and start-up.
· Generate quotations for mechanical automation projects within pre-established timelines and adhere to budget for the duration of the project, to meet specified ROIC.
· Generate all appropriate documentation for the project, such as user’s manuals for operation and maintenance, mechanical prints and written specification of the equipment.
Job Requirements:
Major in Automation and machinery related
Language Ability:English Level: Medium/ Advanced
Working Experience 5 years
Required Professional Knowledge
(1) Automation assembly design experience
(2) Ability to establish and brining in new technology
(3) Ability to design and develop new machinery
(4) Ability to analyze cost
(5) Design software ability would be preferred
Required Skill and Ability
(1) Well communication skill
(2) Project management
(3) International teamwork management
(4) Ability to establish functional team in variant countries
(5) Working overseas(Traveling)
