Senior Housekeeping Supervisor-Korean Dept.

客房部高级主管-韩语/朝鲜语（国际知名酒店管理集团）

Job Responsibilities:

1. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for the housekeeping standard of the hotel(long-term and short-term).
2. You will directly recruit and train a team of high-level ayi’s, and then arrange their schedules to ensure the highest housekeeping standards are met for our hotel.In addition, you will supervise the activities of a professional housekeeping company that we have contracted to provide housekeeping services to our long-term guests.
3. You will manage all day-to-day issues and help resolve any issues that arise.
4. When the problem can’t be solved you will report to the Customer Service Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 5 years experience working in international hotel or serviced apartments, in a similar role.
2. The ability to train new ayi’s to a high standard, and ensure that on-going training is provided to maintain high-quality standards.
3. Strong organizational skills. Able to plan the implement a clear housekeeping schedule in advance

4. Excellent Korean listening, speaking, writing and speaking

5. Hard-working, brave, disciplined and loyal (and looking for a long-term career)

工作职责：

1. 客房服务部主管将负责集团酒店（短租和长租）客房服务的标准。
2. 直接招募并培训一支具备高水准的保洁团队，安排她们的工作排班，以确保我们所提供的高水准服务能符合公寓住客的需求。
3. 此外,还需监督第三方专业家政服务公司所提供服务的质量，他们与我公司签署合同，确保提供长租客房部的保洁客房服务。
4. 客房服务部主管将管理所有的日常事务并帮助解决工作中发生的问题。
5. 当问题不能解决时，需及时向客户服务经理汇报。

职位要求：

1. 5年以上国际型酒店或服务式公寓相关领域工作经验；
2. 具备培训高水准新保洁员的能力，同时可以确保持续型的培训以使整个保洁团队保持在高质量的服务标准。
3. 具备强大的组织能力，能够提前计划并实施清晰的保洁团队排版安排；
4. 流利的韩语/朝鲜语沟通能力；
