Senior Finance Manager-Costing/高级成本经理-500强欧美制造业（亚太区）

Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for month end close including prepare and issue consolidated financial statements
2. Review/Prepare account reconciliations; ensure financial statements are incompliance of US GAAP and Chinese accounting regulations.
3. Review cost and inventory accounts for accuracy and reasonableness.
4. Maintain and update direct cost and direct margin. Prepare margin analysis reports for management purposes.
5. Monitor each business unit’s direct costs and overhead expenses in conjunction with manufacturing departments.
6. Provide analysis report regarding factors affecting prices and profitability of products and identify cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and process improvement efforts.
7. Compile and analyze actual material, labour and overhead from manufacturing activities compared to the budget.
8. Assist Controller in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts as directed by the General Manager.
9. Prepare ad hoc reports as directed by the Controller.
10. Ensure agreed prices/margin is maintained and all relevant supporting activity (Goods Despatched Not Invoiced (GDNI), exceptions and late payments) are monitored and kept at acceptable levels in conjunction with sales.

Main Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Professional certification, such as CPA, is preferred.
3. Likely to have over 6 years experience in accounting/finance in a manufacturing environment, including cost accounting.
4. Experience in working with sales and operations to help maintain and improve profitability.
5. Good commercial background, full understanding of product costing, profit margin and forecasting.
6. A demonstrated track record of achieving results through monitoring and performance measurement and corporate development.
7. Understands and is able to bridge the Chinese and Western business cultures.
8. Must read, write and speak Mandarin and English.
9. Ability to communicate concisely and accurately both written and verbally.
10. Must have proficiency in Excel statements.
