高级项目主管/Project Supervisor—熟塑胶五金机械类产品/ Mechanical

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle all project engineering processes from prototyping to production;

2. Communicate and resolve all product, quality and performance issues between factories, vendors and the product development team;

3. Coordinate testing of parts and completed units to determine their reliability and safety. Recommend any necessary changes and manage the implementation of the changes;

4. Review sketches, engineering drawings, specifications and prototypes from vendors and internal sources to determine feasibility, reliability and safety of the product;

5. Actively manage new product timelines and ensure that vendors are on-track to meet committed ship dates;

6. Work with Project Manager in the development of product in regards to safety and reliability;

7. Create product drawings, designs and sketches using a variety of media for internal and external communication and review;

8. Review new vendor facilities as required. Work with QC personnel to resolve any issues that arise during production. Assist vendor partners in developing engineering & production capabilities when needed;

9. Evaluate the product management or engineering performance. Follow up and monitor the product management or engineering issues with vendors. Provide technical support to vendors for smooth operation;

10. Other engineering duties assigned by manager or director staff.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree graduated from Engineering / Manufacturing;

2. At least 3-5 years experience as project engineer, be strong in mechanical products and manufacturing and project management procedures;

3. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in written English and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
