Job Description:

1. In this position, the individual will be responsible for using their in-depth product knowledge to provide pre-sales, design in and post-sales technical support to the company's sales staff and customers,
2. The individual may provide support in a design in activity including product troubleshoot /present, interpret design/application, and service information in a variety of situations, including complex requirements and negotiations.
3. Work with various BU in supporting relevant field activities. Provide real-time technical support to customers in Southern China, Requires works with different OEM/ODM, major mobile phone manufactures, TV maker, chipset vendors, Requires frequent travels to different cities within China region.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline
2. Minimum of 7 years relevant working experience in field application or related exposure, R&D a plus
3. Have intensive knowledge of embedded system or touch experience prefer
4. Familiar with different operating system on embedded system, e.g. Windows 8, Linux/Android or others
5. Experience in C/C++ language programming and corresponding tools, e.g. C-compiler, is a must
6. Experience in Oscillograph or logical analyzer a must, experience in schematic design a plus, work in FLASH industry a plus
7. Cooperative and self-motivated
8. Strong problem solving and analytical skills on hardware/software issues
9. Able to work under pressure and required to work over-time to meet tight project schedule
10. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English and team work spirit
11. Frequent travel in mainland China and other countries to support customers are required project schedule
